What is Voice Alchemy?
Voice Alchemy is a 3-month 1:1 online mentoring program that combines voice work, nervous system regulation and coaching to help women express themselves with confidence and become more visible. It's deep identity work, not conventional voice training.
Who is Voice Alchemy for?
Voice Alchemy is for women who have already done a lot of inner work but still hold themselves back when it comes to visibility and self-expression, especially women with a message, a business or a vision who want more clarity, presence and confidence in their voice.
How does the mentoring work?
The program runs for 3 months with 12 weekly 1:1 sessions and personal WhatsApp support between sessions. It follows three phases: Safety & Confidence (month 1), Truth & Expression (month 2), and Visibility & Embodiment (month 3).
Is Voice Alchemy online or in person?
Voice Alchemy is a 1:1 online mentoring program.

What is Lustvolle Intimität?
Lustvolle Intimität is a trauma-sensitive offline event for women only, exploring a safe connection to sensuality through voice, body work and mindful encounter. The next date is August 21, 2026 in Melleck, Bavaria.
Who facilitates Lustvolle Intimität?
The evening is co-facilitated by Franziska (voice work, sound therapy, plant medicine) and Jessica (sexological bodywork, trauma-sensitive nervous system work).
What is the Inner Circle?
The Inner Circle is a free community for women who want to be the first to hear about new offerings, workshops, retreats and voice impulses, with no spam, ever.
Is Voice Alchemy therapy?
No. Voice Alchemy is coaching and voice work, not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and it doesn't replace therapeutic or medical care.

Why does my voice get quiet or shaky when I want to speak up?
This isn't a confidence problem - it's your nervous system signalling that a part of you doesn't yet feel safe being fully seen and heard. In Voice Alchemy, you learn to regulate your nervous system so your voice can become grounded, calm and natural again.
I overthink everything before I speak - can this help me?
Yes. Overthinking is often a sign that you don't yet trust your own voice and intuition. In month two of Voice Alchemy (Truth and Expression), you learn to stop overthinking, set boundaries, and trust what you actually feel.
I've already done a lot of inner work but still hold myself back - is Voice Alchemy still right for me?
Yes, this is exactly who the program is for. Many clients have already done deep personal work but still feel blocked when it comes to visibility and self-expression. Voice Alchemy uses your voice specifically to work through what other approaches haven't reached yet.
Do I need to apply for Voice Alchemy, or can I just book it?

How much experience does Franziska have working with women?
Franziska has personally guided more than 500 people through deep ceremonial and transformational spaces, combining voice work, embodiment, sound therapy and plant medicine.
What actually changes in my everyday life or business through Voice Alchemy?
By month three (Visibility and Embodiment), clients typically experience stronger presence, more confident communication, and feeling safe being fully seen - which then reflects in their relationships and their business.
Is Lustvolle Intimität a tantra or sex event?
No. It's a trauma-sensitive evening for women only, exploring voice, body work and mindful, self-determined connection to sensuality. It is not a sexual event, and nothing is choreographed towards sex.
Will I have to do anything at the event that feels uncomfortable to me?
No. Everything is an invitation. You decide at every moment what feels safe and right for you, and any touch or sensual encounter stays voluntary and self-determined throughout the evening.
What does it cost to attend Lustvolle Intimität?
The energy exchange is 40 euros, payable in cash on the day.
How many women attend, and what should I bring?
It's an intimate circle of a maximum of 15 women. Please bring comfortable clothing, a mat, blanket, pillow and cup, water and something for the shared buffet, and optionally your own massage oil.
