Reconnecting women to their Free voice

About Franziska
Before she built spaces for women to reclaim their voice, Franziska spent years inside the corporate world — leading HR teams, sitting in the rooms where careers were shaped, watching capable women shrink themselves to fit in. She noticed the pattern long before she had language for it: it wasn't confidence these women lacked. It was permission — to take up space, to sound like themselves, to be heard without apologizing for it.
For the past two years, she's worked alongside shamans and plant medicine practitioners as a musician and voice therapist, walking with more than 350 people through this work — close to fifty ceremonies and retreats in total. Some arrived carrying illness. Others came out of pure curiosity, without knowing quite what they were looking for. Almost without exception, she saw the same thing surface: a longing to be on their own path. What she found, again and again, was that the way there runs through the voice.
Today, Franziska works at the intersection of voice, embodiment, plant medicine and nervous system regulation — helping women find their way back to a voice that was always theirs. It's this connection between voice, medicine and healing that she's most eager to explore on podcasts, in interviews and through press.
What I Speak About
1. The Voice as a Path to Self-Empowerment — how reclaiming your voice unlocks confidence, visibility and authentic leadership.
2. Plant Medicine & Consciousness Work — what ceremony and shamanic practice can teach us about healing and transformation.
3. From Illness to Voice — why so many people arrive in ceremony carrying physical or emotional pain, and what shifts when they find their voice again.
4. Nervous System Regulation Through Sound & Body — the science and somatic practice behind voice as a regulation tool.
5. Why Women Lose Their Voice — and How They Get It Back — patterns seen across 350+ people, and the corporate roots of the problem.
6. Ceremony as a Container for Healing — what ritual space makes possible that talk therapy alone often can't.
7. Female Leadership & Visibility — helping capable women stop shrinking themselves to fit in.
8. From Corporate HR to Voice Alchemy — her own path from leading HR teams to guiding women through voice, body and plant medicine.
